Xuzhou 20MW Solar Farm

The Farm is located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province and covers an area of approximately 700 mu, with an installed capacity of 20MW. Currently it is the largest solar farm in operation in China. GCL-Poly owns its 100% equity interest. It installs the photovoltaic components by way of an optimal combination of fixed system, bi-axle tracking system and mono-axle tracking system, and is equipped with sophisticated computer monitoring facilities. It is expected to have an annual power generation of approximately 26,000,000 kilowatt-hours.

Accordingly, approximately 7,550 tonnes of standard coal could be saved per year while emission of carbon dioxide, sulphur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide could be reduced by approximately 20,000 tonnes, 150 tonnes and 50 tonnes respectively per year.
