We established our polysilicon production facilities in Xuzhou, Jiangsu province, China. We started planning and constructing Xuzhou Phase I in July 2006 and it took us 15 months to ramp up for commercial production. By March 2008, Xuzhou Phase I reached its designed annual production capacity of 1,500 MT. We started planning and constructing Xuzhou Phase II in August 2007. We learned from the execution of Xuzhou Phase I and managed to shorten the time to ramp up Xuzhou Phase II for commercial production to 11 months. Xuzhou Phase II reached its designed annual production capacity of 1,500 MT by December 2008. We started planning and constructing Xuzhou Phase III in December 2007 with a designed annual production capacity of 15,000 MT. Xuzhou Phase III was fully ramped up by December 2009, and our total annual polysilicon production capacity reached 18,000 MT. With further technical upgrades, our annual polysilicon production capacity should reach 21,000 MT by December 2010.
