GCL-Poly was listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in November 2007 under the stock code of 3800, and the board lot size is 1,000 shares. The Company established an American Depositary Receipt facility in January 2010, and one American Depositary Share represents 20 ordinary shares of the Company.

The total shares outstanding were 972 million when the Company was listed in November 2007, and increased to 1,023 million after a share placement of 50 million shares in July 2009. After the acquisition of GCL Solar in July 2009, a new share placement of 1.3 billion shares in August 2009 and CIC's share subscription in December 2009, the total shares outstanding increased to 15,471 million.
