GCL-Poly was listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in November 2007 under the stock code of 3800. As of July 2009, total shares issued were 1,023 million. After the acquisition of GCL Solar in July 2009, a new share placement of 1.3 billion shares in August 2009 and CIC's share subscription in December 2009, the total shares outstanding are 15,471 million.
