Research Engineer

(The position will be based in US with frequent travel to China)

Job Description:

Reporting to the Chief Engineer at Global R&D Center, you will assist him/her to conduct R&D projects. You should have a Bachelor /Master/PhD degree in related discipline with over 7 years of relevant industry research experience. You should possess advanced knowledge in solar or semiconductor industry, particularly in polysilicon and/or wafer production. You should be a team player with strong project management and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from a leading academic institution required
• Over 7 years of sales and marketing experience in relevant industries with a proven track record of success
• In-depth knowledge in solar and strong relationships with key solar industry players in the US/Europe
• Ability to think strategically and plan
• Team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential, any European language skills is preferable (for the Europe GM) but not a must
• Frequent travel to clients’ locations required
