Senior Legal Manager

Job Description:

• Participate in legal issues relating to overseas procurement, sales, mergers & acquisitions;
• Participate in the activities of system reform, restructuring, IPO of the company; Evaluate the legal risks concerning company activities of investment, financing, IPO and corporate financial and capital utilization and provide legal support needed;
• Draft or participate in the review of various contracts, prepare legal documents;
• Participate in the compilation of company internal rules & regulations, draft related working rule on legal operation, provide legal training;
• Provide legal advice concerning prevention and avoidance of potential operational risks and ways to take the advantage of favorable government policies, provide legal support for company activities of project construction and operation.

Requirements:

• Major in law, international trade or other related professions, Bachelor or above;
• Hold the certificate as lawyer or certification of practicing legal work;
• Over five years working experience in practicing legal-related work in large companies, or five years of experience as lawyer in well-known domestic and/or foreign law firms;
• Fluent in English.
