Si particles do not need to be crushed, thus preventing impurities from being introduced and making the particles ideal for the production of monocrystalline.
Downstream partners have completed batch applications of Si-particle monocrystalline pulling. The head-to-tail life, tail carbon, crystallization rate, per-unit yield, and conversion efficiency all meet downstream customers’ needs.
